He's said stuff like "Then vote for Trump" or "Don't vote for me" or "We can only re-elect Donald Trump" at least three times that I can recall.
I can think of nothing more potent in a political ad than your opponent endorsing you in his own voice, repeatedly. That's gotta be just about the pinnacle of persuasion power.
