Any "discovered" ballots need to have the voter called and asked if they voted absentee.
How do you call cremated people?
I call that "fraud" and start arresting people and throw out the ballot.
And instead of having to have results on election night, they have until April 13 to work their fuckery.
Isolate them, and check every one against the obituaries.
Call them to make sure they actually voted absentee.
I say finger print them. Look for patterns of same fingerprints and multiple ballots.
Edit: check the lips for DNA might even be better. Assuming people werent licking them, there should be something that can be tested in that area
