You can't point out an opponent's flaws unless you know who your opponent is. If Biden leaves late in the race we don't have much time especially if the debates are finished and it's close to election day. The only thing they have is to point out the flawed ideology of Dems in general. They would be able to run a candidate who's closet is full of skeletons and they wouldn't have time to get that message out. Trump would still win anyway but it's a dirty way for the Dems to fool their own voters.
