Buried in the article: “False test results also could be the cause, other experts said, or remnants of the virus could still be in people’s systems but not be infectious or of danger to the host or anyone else.”
Again, this is just how viruses have always worked. The test does not show whether an individual is contagious, it only shows there are fragments of viral RNA. Never before in history have we demanded that healthy people be tested 100% free of any sign of prior infection after the cessation of symptoms. This is ludicrously misrepresenting the situation.
This is like declaring an attempt to end a rat infestation failed because you can still find a few dead rats lying around.

Fear mongering.

Hmmmm be VERY skeptical of this
And EXTREMELY skeptical of recovered Corona virus relapses in NORTH Korea. What with their cure and all.
Their tests were not that great.
