Chinese-owned companies operating in another SW-Asian country. That's what the article led with. Not sure why I should be excited about our companies becoming more deviously-clever
I think these companies will always be searching for the lowest cost of production, despite everything else. But I would be happier if said companies were not so reliant on China. I did like the "Mexico is the China of the Americas." comment - seems like a great way to solve a number of problems at once.

I'm still going to finish my sign up at your site! It's a great idea and absolute necessity going forward post-pandemic. The US is at a huge disadvantage economically, medically and militarily to China and this can never happen again! The only way is decoupling from China and my hope is that Trump has played a skillful game with the Fed and, in the process, built a massive financial resource for rebuilding the US!
