If we know hydroxychloroquine is effective in over 90% of cases, then we would have a workable treatment already in place.

So even if people get the virus, they can get tested as soon as they have symptoms, and get a prescription treatment.

Yes, people will continue to get infected, but almost all will be cured without being hospitalized, etc., and our systems will have capacity to test, treat, mitigate as needed.

Seems to me that HCQ is just as important, if not more, than the antibody testing and so on - because it protects the downside. There's a way to deal with it when people get it.
