He still looks beat. I wonder how many pounds he'll end up losing?

By the time you need to be in the ICU this is serious shit. So many blow this off like you have to have a "weakass immune system for it to be a problem." No. this virus is bioengineered to attach to our lungs perfectly and then it's really tough to beat.

I do wonder what medicine they gave him?

So how many of those 100 people actually tested positive?

You really had 40 old/sick people test positive and they are basically all fine?

Or did not that many actually test positive?

Your personal story does not 100% cover how the virus affects everyone.

A very old lady might recover

A 45 yr old "healthy" guy drops dead

This happens with virtually everything in the world, there’s outliers. We’re talking literally about millions of cases. Relax brother

There's something like a 98% correlation between pre-existing conditions and deaths for the kung flu, even discarding age. It would suck to be the one guy under 40 that dies from common cold, but that doesn't mean a whole lot in how deadly the common cold is.

Thanks! I wonder why they didn't also give him at least some antibiotic, (a different one that doesn't increase the risk of heart arrhythmia has been used by a Dr in L.A. with great results) and if he'd be in better shape if they had. But him being out of the ICU is a great sign that he'll pull through.

He never needed a ventilator, is that correct?

womp-womp-twice 1 point ago +2 / -1

From the horses' mouth, in the UK you won't get HCQ

https://www.gov.uk/government/news/chloroquine-and-hydroxychloroquine-not-licensed-for-coronavirus-covid-19-treatment

Since the NHS is the entirety of UK's socialized healthcare system, that means nobody got it, not even Boris

You're worried about how much money he'll lose at a time like this?!

BishopofBlackpool 0 points ago +1 / -1

It isn't him!

Trumper007 9 points ago +11 / -2

Damn he still can't wave. SAD

18
highenergywinning 18 points ago +18 / -0

he was pretty strapped in

10
Razeontherock 10 points ago +10 / -0

Very. They weren't wasting any time moving him. Probably the largest gathering in the world that hasn't been harassed by LEO's acting like brownshirts.

5
PezzShivers 5 points ago +7 / -2

They had his ass stapped in like they do when theh transport prisoners

2
Gilliais 2 points ago +2 / -0

It’s the type of gurney. I’m used to seeing movement within the hospital being via the hospital bed, with side rails raised. That looked like a transport gurney like you’d get in an ambulance. I assume they left the icu bed behind because of contamination?

This isn't Boris. The real one is walking and watching movies.

6
catbertz 6 points ago +7 / -1

That's cool man. I hope he's as scrappy as he looks. The UK needs a fighter, especially now, with all the doomers trying to grab the wheel.

Look at the gurney being used. It’s not a hospital bed, it’s the transport type of gurney.

the fuck was he strapped in like that for? They that worried he's gonna fall off?

7
Greatest_adventure 7 points ago +8 / -1

Done to secure the patient, particularly if they're on IV feeding.

1
Gilliais 1 point ago +1 / -0

It’s because of the type of gurney, I think. They’re not moving him in a hospital bed, which is what I’m used to seeing. Maybe the bed was considered contaminated.

AslanFan 4 points ago +4 / -0

Bless him! Hope he is on his feet again soon!

3
BishopofBlackpool 3 points ago +3 / -0

That's not him, it's some old guy with grey hair!

3
2016TrumpMAGA 3 points ago +3 / -0
