I think a lot of those missing ballots were found in 2018...in warehouses, at apartment buildings, in the trunks of cars, etc.
Weird how so many of those ballots were mysteriously found after Republicans had already clinched several races, and were also votes for Dems leading to reversals of election outcomes.

If it means the ballots were deliberately not mailed to some people, then that is coordinated fraud by the registrars of voters in those respective areas.
If it means they were mailed, but the post office threw them in the trash, then it means coordinated fraud by USPS.
If it means they were mailed, received, but never returned, it means the person either didn't fill them out, or it was again USPS fraud.
Using Occam's Razor, I am going to assume "missing" just means not everyone filled out their ballot, which is to be expected. Rarely do 100% of registered voters in a given area actually vote.
42 million mail in ballots? That says it all. Stop that shit except for the military and government workers abroad. At this point if you can't get to the polls through a family member or outreach program I dont caRe if you get to vote. Its price we pay for election integrity. Staying franchised is the citizens responsibility. Get to the polls or no vote.
