The very nature of the cop trying this is based on the runners willful surrender to be arrested based on unconstitutional grounds. Forget who the runner is, hes great and we need more just like him, its the cop that should really face scrutiny, as well as the forces that allow him to act so boldly.
“Oathkeepers” are fake. All gun control laws are unconstitutional, as are many other laws, but you don’t see these “oathkeepers” refusing to enforce them or quitting their jobs.

One of my happiest memories of my mom was watching this race live with her. She was bi-polar and a pretty crappy mom, but she absolutely loved horses and racing. We jumped up and down and hugged each other as that magnificent beast simply ran away from the group. It was truly a glorious sight.
How does that police officer exist? What a gross combination of power abuse, no common sense, and complete incompetence. I hope he loses his job. He is not fit to SERVE the people.
