This sounds a lot like my million motorhome protest for the District of Criminals. One little switch to turn off the fuel pump and we could disable DC for weeks. Never underestimate the power of old people to gum up the works when necessary. Us old people get disoriented easily and go the wrong way down streets, block entrances and exits and generally cause mayhem wherever we go.

Actually, that's the whole point. Senile old farts, don't you know. If nothing in DC can move, we have accomplished our mission.
