Just typed up another defense of conservatism to an "educated" guy who thinks CNN is centrist, Hitler was right wing, and Republicans are the wall street party. Any advice?

On taxes: Dude Republicans want to lower taxes across the board, not just wall street. And they did that, in 2019 the average household payed between 1-2k less taxes per year, that's part of their platform. Dems are just as in bed with corporations as Rep, just different companies. Dems with media banks science and "education", Rep with industry/military/business.

On MSM: CNN is exclusively partisan. Exclusively. Look, they had people crying when Trump won. Their manager hates Trump. Their stories and commentators are 99% anti-trump. Still with me? Because it started during Obama's run, they never ran any negative stories or commentaries on him when there was SO much they could have aired. They are strictly partisan now and people are waking up to that. Trump doing stupid things? Like lowering taxes across the board, stopping the Korean war, forming tight bonds with India and UK, liberating Mid east from terrorist dictators, prison reform for black communities, passing a bill in the UN to decriminalize homosexuality worldwide (notably africa), black unemployment lowest in history due in part to less illegal immigrants, illegal immigration down 95%, promoting a proven and effective treatment of coronavirus. Oh, not those stupid things, you mean having two scoops of ice cream? Give me a break, the MSM is no longer in the business of news, they are propaganda outlets that run political hit pieces against the Republican party.

On racism: Trump isnt a racist. I'm not a racist. Blacks kill more blacks than whites do. Stopping illegal immigration isnt racist. Acknowledging Muslims having the largest per capita of terrorists with many stoking hatred of western civilization isn't racist it's true. Let's see what else, oh yeah that white supremacists have NOTHING in common with conservatism other than wanting a strong nation. Trump (the figurehead) loves people of all colors and repeatedly says so, white supremacists dont. We want legal immigration, white supremacists want white immigration. We want capitalism, white supremacists like Nazis like Bernie Sanders want state run corporations. Conservatives usually support christianity, white supremacists burn crosses and are largely athiest. Not to mention slavery, KKK, Jim Crow segregation were all DNC favorites Republicans faught against. And before you say "the parties switched" its not black and white man. approximately 1/100 DNC senators in the south switched to Republican in the time period claimed, IE 99/100 stayed DNC. The south became less racist after interacting with blacks and the public began to vote Republican. White supremacists, Nazis, Mussolini have far more in common, with the left. Name two things that is conservative about their political ideologies, I'll wait. Chances are they aren't actually Republican ideas but your caricature of Republicans given to you by your socialist athiest professors.

On fear: fear is useful for defense. Why build military if we have no fear? Why consider risk of investments if we have no fear? Why make good choices of presidents if we have no fear? Why stop doing evil things if we have no fear of consequences? Dont cherry pick. These are the things conservatives fear, and the left often mocks. Which is why conservatives fear leftists leading, they'll sell out the country until there is nothing left, they'll run objective morality so far out of our society that the family crumbles, truth is censored, and witches are celebrated; oh wait that's already happening....

On Hitler: Hitler was pro-abortion, pro censorship of wrong speech/think, gun control for Jews, state run businesses over free market, high taxes, stated he didnt care about homosexuality (before you bring up a false point), wanted government control of education and media.

Are you seeing any similarities? Hitler was a RADICAL PROGRESSIVE. NATIONAL SOCIALIST PARTY. Mussolini called FDR (DNC) "One of us". Both Mussolini and Hitler started their campaigns with rhetoric against the wealthiest similar to the Bernie Bros. They also used masked, any means necessary militias similar to Anti-fa.

Lastly, on education: MSM continually smeared Trump voters as "largely undeducated". You can get information and a certificate in college. You can get wisdom anywhere. There are many "educated" fools, and many wise uneducated people.
