It always was. Whatever they're planning is so freaking Huge that they're willing to do some heinous shit to keep the plan going. Lucky for us it seems to be a plan hatched by only a handful of people. Handful being a 'relative term' meaning a few Thousand at best while the rest who support them think it's just about their Money and securing Revenue Streams and .... most importantly....Staying Out of Jail.
