Now, I'm totally fine with this guy running outside. Heck I did 8 miles this morning and there were a TON of people out.. more than usual, BUT... the problem is the beach is closed, which is stupid... but when you close the beach and no one can go is it really fair for you to go? If everyone thought that the beach would just be open.
So my recommendation would be for everyone to just go to the beach and defy them assholes and stay 10 feet apart, stay with your family, and don't touch your face. I mean, c'mon its a big beach... I'm closer than that to people running on my trails and at the grocery store.
Took the runner a moment, but once he got going, he completely accelerated past that Nazi.. er I mean cop chasing down a guy minding his own business.
(No, I don't think cops are Nazis, but if you're a cop and you're chasing a guy down because he's alone in the beach, fuck you. Get your priorities in line. I have a hard time believing cops where I live, in the South, would go along with this bullshit. Hope it never comes to that, but nobody is stopping me from going for a walk in my neighborhood, or a run by myself.)
