We had a fenced basketball court locked here in Salt Lake. Only no one was playing alone and / or observing social distancing guidelines. The court was regularly packed with some two dozen teenage boys who were clearly ignoring social distancing guidelines and giving the finger to school.

This was several weeks ago.

Utah just now has started implementing measures to track travelers into the state.
