Article is from 2019, but I’ve always heard there was very little evidence of election fraud. I bet this happens in many places.
The issue is that the organized absentee fraud leaves few crumbs.
Washington State's returning "all mail absentee ballots" have the voter's name printed and signed on the exterior of the return envelope.
Now realize the USPS revolves around machines designed to ... sort mail. Based on ... text on the outside.
Being able to prove who dunnit, exactly, is entirely different from "Why did we discover an uncounted bag of 98% Republican ballots four weeks after we stopped counting?!?"
