So let's say you wear the mask in public, and it actually does catch the germs of a person coughing there.
The germs are now ON THE MASK. So what, you keep wearing it, breathing through it, touching it, and dragging any germs on it everywhere you go?
And it's not like there's only one germ in the world. I know the media is making it SEEM that way, but believe it or not all the other old viruses and bacteria are still out there. Bacteria particularly will begin to accumulate and grow in the warm humid environment you've strapped to your face.
There's a reason real healthcare professionals wear disposable masks and they don't keep the same one on between patients to prevent potential contamination. A thin bit of t-shirt fabric you wear all over town all day long is probably doing you more harm than good.
I saw a lady at the store today who was behind me at checkout come outside as I was locating my vehicle. Noticed she and her daughter had gloves on. Then she reached up and rubbed her nose. Lol, good luck with those gloves, lady!
I lost my job and am doing uber eats. Some of the food places I pick up for arent using gloves when they pass me the food. I live with an at risk individual.
Someone sent flowers to my house today. The driver had a mask on. She didn’t want to take it on and off for every delivery. Some are harder to put on than others.
Hahaha, I saw two today and I burst out laughing. I also laugh at Bernie bumper stickers. Sometimes I point and laugh at the driver... I'm kinda an arsehole.

Keep those sanitizing naps on hand. Doesn’t matter if they have gloves on or not.
I sanitize as well. Just found an N95 at home so I started using it today.

Just remember, it’s more if you touch your eyes and face that you’ll get infected. Be careful adjusting the mask if your hands aren’t sanitized.
