With one caveat. Rewrite the commerce clause, which is used as justification for 90% of useless federal regulations.

No need to re-write. It needs to be re-read with the meaning of the word regulate as it was at the time the constitution was written. Same with the second amendment.

And don't even start on "general welfare"...

The constitution protects the post offices via the Postal Clause. USPS needs to be protected.
