The market would decide what is essential by price signals deciding what will be put on valuable store space. If nobody is buying clothes because no need to impress people you aren't seeing for weeks, then the clothes will clear out and be replaced with things like food and hand sani and seeds etc.
Leave it up to a democrat to try and micromanage your shopping cart.
Why cant they sell items that are on their shelves?? It's one thing to say "we can't restock" but to say they can't sell it is nonsensical......
