This was a straw man — it will get rejected. The general public needs to get a lot more streetwise. A Michigan recall petition has basically only one requirement: it must be factual. This petition violates that one, simple requirement. Ugh!!!!! The petition should have read: “On (date) Governor Whitmer said ‘(exact quote)’.
