Much has been said lately about the power China wields in the WHO when the US contributes $400 mil plus annually and China only donates about $10 mil. China does not want to give WHO power to help people throughout the world. They don’t give a shit. They want to control the message. It is much cheaper to bribe the people in power to accomplish their goals. The head of WHO is a prime example. They bought him for a hell of a lot less than $400 mil.
