Ditto. I had been researching MK Ultra (which used occult satanic methods for mind control) about 12 years ago. It was literally giving me panic attacks (for weeks) every time I looked at more info on the subject. I had never once had a panic attack in my long life until I started looking at that subject. It's so horrifying.
One day, I sat down on the couch and prayed to a God I had always doubted existed, to give me the strength to continue looking at MK Ultra and not have a freaking heart attack. It was that day I had seen enough and knew God had to be real because after looking at MK Ultra and Satanism, I knew Satan was real.
Not so coincidentally, I never had a panic attack again while continuing to look at that subject.
