I never said never improve. But cutting a few services even back to zero wouldn't move the needle much. Am I for it, yes. Will it matter... no.

Step 1... implement the fair tax

Step 2... sunset social securty

Step 3... sunset medicare and medicaid

Step 4... end block grants back to states...

Step 5... dismantle fed services (like the cdc)

Step 6... we'll never get to step 1...so I'll save it.

I'd love to see Trump veto the stupid omnibus spending packages and demand that he get a bill per department/ service to sign... so that we can shed some light on these departments, but the non discretionary spendig is way way way more than any CCF, FDA, or xyz dept reform.
