I think what he means is that the virus is not the problem. The problem is our immunity. Once we boost our immunity, the viruses can't hurt us.

But, if you have low immunity, it will push your body to hard to fix and you get AIDS. Very similar to the CovID-19 virus. If your healthy, no big deal. If your not, it will go into your lungs and you can't breathe.
