Almost one year ago the press was breathless with the news that Obama's presidential memoir would likely be published during the 2020 election cycle.

Since then, complete silence. The press is not reporting a likely release date. They are not making excuses for the record amount of time it has taken Obama to 'earn,' his share of the record smashing 65 million dollar advance.

They are maintaining absolute silence.

A little over a year ago Obama announced that he was at the "tail end," of writing the book. Obviously that was a massive lie.

A normal press would report on Obama's inability to deliver the memoir he has already been paid for. In fact a fair, evenhanded press would report the truth: that Obama is a lazy, disorganized choomer with the writing skills of a middle schooler and the self-discipline of an alcoholic. His entire life has consisted of playing the race card. He is a national disgrace.

A normal press wouldn't have Maggie Haberman or David Ignatius caught in flagrante delicto with the Administration they're covering. And then money trails leading directly to their bosses.

Every time Trump says things like "The modern media is the Enemy of the People" he's softening up potential future Jurors IMNSHO. (And the ones radicalized will be the one kicked in voire dire anyway.)

So far no Trump haters have seen any justice at all. But I 100% agree that there was a time when even the leftist media would have been embarrassed by the supreme lack of integrity and journalistic ethics on the parts of Haberman and Ignatius.

Kip Simpson tracks numerous "Third-tier" sorts of roundups. They're hard to do victory laps about. But. The sheer volume of the third tier guys gives me hope the "Top Tier" peeps are being handed rope and shovels to see what they do with them. (The answer being all-too-predictable.)

I've pretty much lost hope.

But we'll see.
