The reason the bulk of GOP hates Trump is because he's exposing them for who they really are. If it wasn't for Trump, I probably never would have realized the scum those guys really are!
I am pretty new to being a Trump supporter so forgive me for my ignorance, but why did Trump like Fox before then? Why would Fox be supportive of Trump?
Are they starting to turn on him too?

The Foxnews opinion shows are pretty good. The straight news shows are getting worse every day. They aren't as horrible as a CNN or a MSNBC, but the news programming on Foxnews often repeats liberal talking points and leaves them unchallenged, invites lefties on the show and asks them softballs, while talking over the top of the conservative guests. They are approaching fake news territory like the rest.
Most of MSM was fairly positive in their coverage of Trump before he announced his Presidential Campaign. They immediately flip-flopped as one into the Left-biased coordinated Negative Press COVFEFE that we see in the "CURRENT YEAR!!! reeeeeeee."
Fox is the last holdout among the large MSM networks, and is far from 100% positive toward Our President. Tucker Carlson/Hannity/Ingraham/Gutfeld/Watters/Judge Jeanine are supportive of Trump, apart from them it is hit-or-miss. There is quite a bit of Leftist narrative from Juan Williams, I would assume the same for Donna Brazile (WTF) whenever she is on.
I prefer the flabbergasted look of disgust and "Where did you hear that pile of horse crap from?" that comes naturally from not knowing what bs they read online.
Then if they answer I can smile or laugh at the stupidity and say "Ah. You should try [insert non-media source of factual information] instead."
