I expect China could get quite a nice bounce if they dumped Xi Jinping and his inner circle.
The communist part would lose the so called "Mandate of Heaven" and the entire country would fragment into groups of nation states
Taiwan would quickly be recognized by the world organizations
Hong Kong, Macau, and Tibet would fight for independence as would some other regions, mainly the coastal highly industrialized ones
A lot of regional wars and famines before things would settle down to the new normal
In some ways it is great for the USA that they have such a shitty government. 1.2 billion Chinese incentivized through capitalism and with a fair system would be formidable.
