Mostly, yes. I'd say WuFlu is a low-grade bioweapon. They got incredible results with something that isn't too dangerous combined with a ton of fear propaganda. Just think what they can achieve when they release something that is dangerous. The next thing might not be something a WWII vet can fight off, it might be something that could knock down a perfectly healthy 18 yr old.
