I’m amazed at all the homes I’m see since everyone is on camera - despite high net worth, these folks don’t have the best homes (at least not the inside) - seriously, I can wall-mount that TV in an hour and fix that cabling - gives me anxiety.
A lof of these people live in big cities. The downside is that it keeps you poor becuause rent is ridiculously high. Even in Seattle you can make six figures and still live in a shitty studio.
But even with a small place, you can fix-up the inside - high end material is usually per sq ft and the less sq ft the cheaper it is. I see your point though. Fauci has a nice house - but that TV with wires everywhere drives me nuts.
