“I would like to order a cake about my girl becoming a boy.”

“You would like an “I’m a girl” cake?”

“No, she, I mean he is becoming a boy. She, I mean he is transitioning.”

“Oh, so I’m thinking pink, girly colors. Maybe a “congrats princess” on it.”

“No, no, no, I want it to look like a boy’s cake.”

“Oh, I thought gender was fluid. Didn’t want her or him to think they can’t transition back. Princess is also a gender neutral term in my book.”

“Gender is fluid, but we wouldn’t be doing this if they were going to transitioning back.”

“I bet you thought the same thing when you named her, I mean him, or is it her?”

Some back and forth like that for 30 minutes should have them moving along.

I bet he wouldn’t have a problem baking a cake that says something like, “Congratulations Samantha! We love you!”

Sounds like bait when the people call in specifically asking for a trans cake.
