Correct. Media is centralized in six companies, 7% of journalists is as right as a Repubblican, socialism is pushed with other forms of denigration while the main right-wing news sources are covered in fear of being "Nazi-like", all in minority.
Parts of it are, yes, but it's important to see where they were successful and counter it. They've created a lot of narratives like the bogus "party switch" to explain why they were racists when that meant burning down churches and lynching black people and then the parties switched and racism meant mean words on Twitter or what have you. Or how they deny that Socialists are anything like National Socialists (Nazis), despite just being a different type.
Thanks to meme warfare, we've finally gotten back on the board, but as you can see, we have a lot of crap to flush out of the system to get things back to normal. That's why I try to create memes that undermine their metapolitics, like the prior paragraph, breaking down what's wrong with the slogans they like to repeat.
This is exactly what's happening with late night "comedy" shows. All of the hosts are democrats, voted for the same Hillary, constantly bash Trump etc.

It's the only thing they're good at.
