Surf City had parking spaces coned off along PCH yesterday, to limit crowds or maybe tourists,actually it was really nice without huge crowds. People were out walking with their kids, dogs and jogging some with masks other not. The ocean was full of many surfers, although no one hanging out on the sand. No one was arrested like that incident in Malibu. I do think people are abiding with the stay at home order but yesterday being Easter and the fact we did not have rain some folks decided they needed to get out a bit.
