Does anyone have CA COVID19 & pneumonia number by week for 2019 & 2020, vs past years?

With the number of Chinese people that travel between CA & China you would expect California to be the hottest of hot spots for COVID19, but as of today it isn't. Why?

• Limited travel from the Wuhan area to CA?
• Does their weather help kill the virus? Or
• Did this run through CA in Dec of last year? (have they developed herd immunity?)

The only anti-body info that I can find is stating that testing is beginning the CA, but I can't find any results.
