I mentioned in the top comment a story of mine about a staff member in .gov getting promoted for skipping work, but I also want to add I keep in contact with someone in that agency. They are working 4 hours a day currently, at home, but being paid for 8 hours.

Meanwhile I have two good friends laid off. And Ohio has very little virus activity.
