In the early 2000's, I looked at the CDC website to find out the percentage of HIV/AIDS cases for white heterosexual males who were not IV drug users. I could not find any data. You could slice and dice the data and get the breakdown for any other major demographic except that one (over 1/3 of the country). I told someone this a few years later, and they didn't believe me. So I re-checked. Same result.

The CDC has been political for a long time.

Yeah, they didn't want to admit that White Hetero Males just plain weren't catching the disease.

Well, they were... from blood transfusions.

Fortunately, banning queers from donating blood put a stop to that pretty quickly.
