My mom's a conservative and loves him, and I can't get her to see the truth (like I usually can with other topics/politicians), it's super frustrating. My brother/her other son is a doctor, and she has this crazy level of trust for anyone that's a doctor, and I keep trying to tell her this dude's hardly a doctor at this point, doesn't practice, and has been more a bureaucrat and politician than a doctor for the past few decades.
