Like pissing into the wind on Reddit, especially since it was recently uncovered that 70% of Bernie for prez sub people weren't even US citizens.

You can still drop red pills in other places, but you are right, I don't try to debate anymore because frankly, I haven't met a leftist that knew how to have a debate.

I see so many users in the politics section saying “mate” or “behaviour” etc.

I really dont think their are many US based users on there.

spezisthedevil 22 points ago +22 / -0

In addition to the foreigners, there are many bots also spouting anitAmerican Left-wing crap. It's meant to discourage us. People need to keep that in mind, shake it off, and keep shitposting for the future of America.

I could use some fellow pedes over at r/ trumptweets. it's an uphill battle but easier to make headway than redacted

And dispensing the red pills!

Just hijacking one of the top comments to say, remember that an online argument isn't for the person you're arguing with. It's for the person on the fence that's reading it.

Yep, there are lots of clues it is a foreigner. My mom was a Brit. I can spot pretty easily by the way they write/speak and odd stuff people might not notice, or think it was a spelling error (not that I go on Reddit to look anymore for any reason) Lots of words they add extra “U“ like “behaviour“, and ALSO in a TON of words, look for using an “S“ instead of a “Z“, like “realise“ (Brit) vs. “realize“ (US). All those words are not simply spelled wrong, that is how they spell it there. Or not so common, but it is noticeable, but some words have “mme“, like “programme“.

Also, they could be from any foreign country besides UK - like France, Germany, Iran, anywhere where English was not their first language) in the first place, and just learned to speak & write English the way they do in the UK, vs. US. I think it is totally expected in fact, when taught English, for most foreign countries to teach foreigners to spell the British way, not like we do in US.

I've always spelt behaviour with a u. Didn't know it was "wrong" till few years ago.

If I can remember, I'm going to add u, mme and swap s or z anywhere I can. Paraphrasing another poster:

"There are plenty of foreiugn Trump supporters too. The differense is we aren't trying to push for communizmme.

The majority being overzeas iz zomewhat zuzpect thogh. "

Yes. That looks quite right.

Bernier4Canada 3 points ago +4 / -1

is behaviour not a word in america?

13
IcculusBased9 13 points ago +13 / -0

There is, we just spell it correctly. No "u".

ChippingToe 2 points ago +2 / -0

armour

5
OneBreathe 5 points ago +5 / -0

Behavior. That's how its spelled, mate!

4
Bernier4Canada 4 points ago +4 / -0

Right, I always forget you guys take the u out of some words

2
Smurfection 2 points ago +2 / -0

When I first heard a couple of jolly ol' chaps call each other mate, I thought they were gay. No lie. I was a tween.

0
tcriv 0 points ago +3 / -3

It is not a word in american-english, no.

2
independentbystander 2 points ago +2 / -0

"Uni," "lorry," "lift," using pounds/EU currency instead of dollars, etc etc

2
OneBreathe 2 points ago +2 / -0

Exactly

8
streakybacon 8 points ago +8 / -0

There are plenty of foreign Trump supporters too. The difference is we aren't trying to push for communism.

The majority being overseas is somewhat suspect though.

2
OneBreathe 2 points ago +2 / -0

And dont forget, if conservatives or moderates post in politics, AKSHAULLY YOURE A RUSSIAN TROLL!

6
Brucesky420 6 points ago +6 / -0

Bernie just endorsed Biden

Top comment on the post for it on /r/politics, a sub that has been 100% pro-bernie and 100% anti-biden in the past 6 months:

"alright that's all I needed. I'm all in for Biden"

Those that claim to be non-racist are usually the biggest bigots of all

5
ChippingToe 5 points ago +5 / -0

I think our biggest failure of the last decade was taking those people so seriously. Now there's millions of these idiots running around with that toxic mentality thinking they're they good guys.

There is no use in arguing with them. You get nowhere.

I live in MA, l just try and keep it civil and move on, there really is no point.

It's like trying to teach a chicken to sing; it's totally pointless and annoying as hell for the instructor.

Bro this is so true. I was Blatantly attacked by a liberal on a fitness reddit because he saw my history and called me “a fucking cop and a racist for supporting trump”. No idea who he was but he outright attacked me based on my job and my support of the president. There’s no winning arguments with people like this

Trump banned flights from China in January.

He distributed enough supply to every state and he was quick and responsive like Cuomo and Newsome stated.

What else do you expect him to do?

Also: What's the EU's excuse? Trump isn't in charge over there

You can't say Trump fucked up without also admitting basically every other major power in the world did the same

The real responsible party is the CCP. And I hope to God the world holds them responsible

1
Supersaiyanbroly737 1 point ago +1 / -0

Been using this argument in CCP's Reddit. And they just downvote with no replies.

Relative to the G7, USA is 3rd least impacted because of Trump's work. Italy, Spain, UK and Japan (numbers were faked for the Olympics) are worse. The EU failed Spain and Italy

Germany, a lot of infections but not a lot of deaths, could be because of younger demographic or less obesity. Dumb luck by Hitler's daughter.

So far, Canada slacked off and Castro Jr is MIA but they got off lucky. I don't think it'll hold, though.

CNN knows that it’s too far gone to make a comeback. They’re just carrying water for Dems as long as they can. Dems are the only chance that CNN has of staying in existence.

Weird. It's almost like Trump banned travel from China--a country--and didn't ban the travel of Chinese people, who are an ethnicity. Let them try to use that argument. It only disproves their "Drumpf wants to ban travel because he's RACIST" narrative.

13
Fredo_Cuomo 13 points ago +14 / -1

CNN: Trump only instituted China ban first because he's racist and doesn't trust anyone who can use a shoelace as a blindfold

You mean 'urgent warnings' like these?

Was taking a walk in my complex last night and CNN was on in of the lobbies of one of the buildings.

Headline caption read that US is now facing a shortage of medicines for asthma users. Um no. I havent heard this AND havent lived this.

Then it dawned on me, that CNN, and MSM only want to promote fear. Stay afraid. Stay under the bed!

Interesting how the media accuses Trump of downplaying the seriousness of the outbreak, while expecting us to just forget all about how they were insistent only a few weeks ago that it wasn't a concern at all.

Great when he called out San Fran Nan (D-China) for telling people to go out partying, as did every other dip schitt democrat mouth piece in the multiple epicenters of the China Virus.

No coincidence there, surely not.
