Srs question: can Bernie and/or Pocahontas get swapped in as Dem candidates if Creepy Joe is somehow deemed incapacitated just before the general election?
Pocahontas is too hated for pushing so much social justice even for the left and Bernie likely won't even live long enough to see the election results, Biden may really be their best.
Biden gives an excuse to give wide ranging powers to his staff for all the work Biden is incapable of doing which makes more of the liberal elite power happy
Of course they can. In fact, a last minute candidate swap would moot all the previous time and energy spent going after Biden. The question is whether it's a net positive electorally.
if they wanted to guarantee their loss harder then anyone has guaranteed their own loss in the history of losing. its absolutely absurd to believe that this is possible.you would have to completely ignore the will of the vast majority of democratic voters alienating nearly all of them...to run someone ready to sacrifice their entire political career on an act of pure madness.

I believe the delegates can vote however they want regardless whether he has been deemed incapacitated, but I may be wrong.
