Will RBG still be 'working from home'? or did they find a stand in for her?

Will RBG drop out live on air?

SUPREME COURT DONS THEIR ‘PUSSY HATS’: “That the Supreme Court would permit a livestream broadcast of any hearing is historic. The purposeful controls of the Court, never allowing video, cameras or live audio broadcasting for their hearings, was always justified around the court never wanting to allow politics and media to shape the serious legal issues being debated. Secondly, and perhaps not coincidentally, during this live-stream session, the Supreme Court is going to be hearing legal arguments after they consolidated a series of cases targeting the financial and business records of President Donald Trump.  The various lawsuits against President Trump are not only going to be heard, they are going to be broadcast.   It doesn’t get much more political than that.”

Call me optimistic, but what type of information would be coming out? If there was anything there, it would’ve already been used. I think a captive audience and the backing of the Supreme Court could be useful to a POTUS trying to a message across.

Really having a hard time believing anything of substance could be found on Trump. He might be the most thoroughly investigated person in history.

I could definitely see sensei judo flipping this the same way he did to impeachment.

Also, does this mean we get to hear Sekulow and Cippollone again?

...cuz, uh, that’ll be nice, I guess.

No thanks. I’d like to hear the SCOTUS Justices address the runaway lawsuits in the courts today by pointing to the ones against Trump in their court and having these flimsy cases that made their ways to the SCOTUS argued in front of the nation. Can you imagine being a respected lawyer going before the court on live TV and explaining “the golden Shower” or “muh 25th amendment” or “muh tax returns” to a pent up nation that has been listening to this same shit for 3.5 years? No thanks. That’ll be career suicide. The new Jester of the courts.

Agree, but instead we’ll just get undisciplined and unlawyerly political diatribes just like the impeachment, but this time bearing the impression that it has some stamp of Supreme Court approval, being played on msm newscasts.

The justices won’t shut down the B.S. for fear of looking bad on TV, and may even start grandstanding for limelight themselves.

A shitshow of reality TV in the making, just like impeachment.

Agreed. This could totally work to our advantage and red pill more people.

These hearings will be known as Ruth Vader Ginsburg's final stand.

Now watch Chief Cuck Roberts, to whom the corrupt FISA Court reports, flip.

This is blatant election interference. Dems can't use the intelligence apparatus, so they are weaponizing the highest court in the land. Despicable, truly despicable people.

Patrick Evenepoel, who leads the police in Anderlecht, admitted that the police “didn’t intervene right away” when the youths began gathering, in defiance of the lockdown,

Yet, sure as shit, they'll come after white people talking a walk in the woods.

President Trump is in the right so broadcast it.

chuckachookah 10 points ago +10 / -0

It doesn't matter.

It is purely for political innuedo and spin.

The plaintiff will make an outlandish, unsubstantiated, and "wrong" statement (e.g., Trump paid Russian hookers to piss on a bed).

The president's counsel will dismantle the claim and put them in the "right".

The headlines that night: President accused of paying for prostitutes

Meanwhile in paragraph 67, "Opposing counsel proved the claim wrong. But, Trump was probably thinking it so he might as well be guilty".

This isn't about right and wrong, it's about the destruction of the President and now the Supreme Court is throwing their hat into the ring with the Deep Staters.

When you broadcast it turns into a celebrity circus freak show. Not that Trump can’t handle that... he’ll be telling justices “you’re fired” to massive street applause they can hear inside the building.

On the bright side - does this mean we will get to see RBG’s full mental capacity on live TV? Or will she “work from home” more

Perhaps God will remove the soul of Ginsburg before any such shenanigans can occur.

If not, SCOTUS is done as a legitimate institution and may as well be abolished.

What does "broadcast" mean in this context? Does it mean open to the public or does it mean that only people invited to the teleconference will be able to view it? If so, will law court journalists be viewing it?

Live (or possibly same-day) streamed publishing of the audio recording, available to the public (probably largely distributed through commercial broadcasters or streaming services)

“The court will make live audio of the arguments available for the first time... The court has never live-streamed courtroom arguments and only rarely has it made the audio available on the same day.“
