What does "broadcast" mean in this context? Does it mean open to the public or does it mean that only people invited to the teleconference will be able to view it? If so, will law court journalists be viewing it?
Live (or possibly same-day) streamed publishing of the audio recording, available to the public (probably largely distributed through commercial broadcasters or streaming services)
