No one with half a brain thought they'd turn red and turn into solid GOP states. We do believe, however, they're going to go even further toward Trump in 2020.

Dem primary, highly unusual circumstances. A split between GOP voting and Trump voting, which we've seen elsewhere. Who knows.
I'm not nonchalant, it's just that this election was highly irregular, and probably doesn't say a lot about what will happen in November.
