I've been doing his Wim Hof breathing method everyday for the past one month. I feel like my lung capacity has increased and I'm a lot more calmer and less stressed than before. I try to do it twice a day. Sleep quality has greatly improved by doing this. I fall asleep like a log and stay like that till I wake. I don't like meditation because it is into that spiritual stuff (I'm talking non-Christian spiritual stuff) which I am totally against but the way Wim Hof treats it, it's like exercise so I'm okay with that.

That said, I am going to watch this video and see what else I can learn from him.
