This is so ridiculous. We were cancelling events, especially Lunar New Year, way back in early February. The public was adequately aware and was self-protecting.
We have had to this day relative few CV deaths (even with the liberal counting rules) —- likely not because of govt shutdown and isolation, but the self-protecting that people were doing.
