I already had it. Fever sucked big time for a day. Felt like death. Then dry coughing for a week or two. Then unfortunately I caught acute bronchitis which was cured with antivirals.
I'm middle aged, relatively healthy, non smoker. It wasn't a big deal, the cough was super annoying. The fever day I drank a gallon of water and then put myself to sleep with Nyquil. After than, I felt okay.
The peak has passed. That was the rationale for shutting down, for the medical system to be able to handle the peak. It did handle the peak.
Open back up. Let free citizens decide for themselves how much exposure to assume.
