Not all states have idiots for governors. Social distancing is a strong suggestion in Oklahoma, but no one is going to drag you out of your car for leaving your house.
Same where I am in Texas. Big cities may be a little different, but I can go anywhere I want to with no problems. There's just no "non-essential" businesses open. But People are at parks, etc.
