The Dem governors are going to try and mandate mail-in voting only because of the "health risk". That's a huge part of what's going on. He's telling them that since they requested a national emergency declaration for their state and he granted it, they no longer have a say in such matters while the declaration is in effect.
No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law.
These Governor's are committing treason. The virus was a smoke screen.
