China has been extremely aggressive with regards to Taiwan recently. Sending warplanes that breached Taiwan's airspace, rammed a Coast Guard ship, and now sending warships to Taiwan's east coast. We only have the USS America in that area of the world to patrol those waters. (eurasiantimes.com)
