This is group immunity, when fewer than one person gets infected from each infected person. At that point you will only have small local outbreaks from time to time. The usual estimate for cov19 is that 60% immunity is the group immunity point. We will reach it before summer.

95% of us have good immune systems. They encounter novel pathogens all the time, and develop immunity to them. The vast majority probably already have immunity to CV19. The rest have herd immunity.

I'm sorry, but there about 100 other things out there less (a common cold) or more deadly (any serious nosocomial infection) that will kill you, and do not warrant the shut down of the globe called Planet Earth.
You will have to self-quarantine, and educate those around you, just like those with limited or non-existent immune systems have been doing for decades now, for things as minor as a cold.
A good thing we can learn from this CV19: educate yourself on, value, and maintain your health by living a very healthy lifestyle. And, should a loved-one get sick, look after them (using the protocols we learned in the spring of 2020)!
