The big problem is Governors who refuse any treatment (Trump pills) unless the patient needs to be hospitalized. They don't admit you until pneumonia has already developed. That's really bad news with CCPvirus, and many of us would slide downhill really quickly at that point; maybe never make it to get treatment.
Give people Trump pills as soon as they're diagnosed positive, and all breathing problems are gone in 2 days, almost nobody needs to be hospitalized, and most people are virus-free in 6 days.
People in no risk groups are likely to recover fully with no treatment at all, but may remain miserable and contagious for a month or more. Hard not to spread it like that. Some may recover in a week or less. We don't have good data on this.
