Apparently the agency is getting ripped off from the small business loans fund. If you are looking at everything that is going on, it is easy to deduce that the dems are stealing that money from small business owners in order to cripple Trump.

For further clarification, the applications for the emergency loans seems to be handled by a third party vendor which may or may no be connected to Schumer among other lawmakers.
Because this third party vendor is not associated with the govt, FOIA requests can not be made. Not even the people at the SBA can keep track of where the money is going. It is definetly getting siphoned away.
