It could have also been done on purpose too, to send some sort of a message. I was reading in one of the comments, about how Tom Hanks, a while back, posted how his wife beat him by 201 points in poker, then how Bill Gates' talk was numbered 201, which was on pandemics, and how Tom Hanks' son gave his little update in Twitter shirtless, so you could clearly see the pyramid eye tattoo. It sounds a little farfetched, but they're sure a lot of coincidences if they're not somehow related.
